9.30am - 10am: Arrival and networking
10am - 10.05am: Introduction from Mike Callaghan, RenCAN Hub Manager
10.05am - 10.25am: Building a Wellbeing Economy - Lisa Hough-Stewart. How can we build an economy that works for us, instead of the other way around? Lisa Hough-Stewart is Director of the Wellbeing Economy Alliance Scotland and will introduce Wellbeing Economy concepts. Drawing on inspiring international thinking and real-world case studies, she will highlight practical pathways for rethinking growth, measuring success beyond GDP, and embedding wellbeing into policy and practice.
10.25am -10.45am: Renfrewshire’s Green List Directory. Becky Duncan will introduce the Renfrewshire’s Green List Directory documenting climate actions across the region, from growing schemes to tool libraries and beyond. The Directory has been created through a series of participatory photo workshops which connected with locals to explore and photograph a range of activities, which are based around the intersecting themes of conservation, the circular economy, and social justice.
10.55 am-11.25am: Community Food Panel Creating local, sustainable and dignified solutions to commercial food production, grassroots food waste in cost of living crisis intervention and community gardening and food growing. Exploring how some commercial growers, pantries and community gardens already work together to create more resilient food systems. With Lesley Compston, KLAS Care; Reuben Chesters, Locavore; Fiona McConnell, Broadloans Gardens; Johannes Gonani, Pachedu.
11.30am: Drop In Workshops and Networking

12.40pm-1pm Climate Quiz with Lucy Cunningham of Naturefix
1pm - 2pm: Climate Conversations. This will take the form of small group discussions, facilitated by Scott & Becky Duncan (no relation!). We hope people will enjoy coming together to share ideas, swap tips and show solidarity.
